Football predictions for Combo Bet, 15.August.2015
Tottenham v Stoke, prediction: 1
Man Utd didn’t create a great deal against Tottenham in the season-opener and had to rely on a Kyle Walker own goal to secure the 1-0 win, so little wonder that Mauricio Pochettino was of the opinion that his side deserved something from the game.
However, Stoke can probably consider themselves more unfortunate to have lost 1-0 to Liverpool courtesy of a Coutinho wonder-strike at the Britannia.
Spurs, however, could have too much for an improving Stoke side. And the Potters have failed to win their last 5 away matches in the Premier League.

Bayer Leverkusen v Hoffenheim, prediction: 1
Bayer are exceptionally strong at the BayArena – they won their last 6 Bundesliga home games of last term without conceding a single goal, and their record against Hoffenheim is outstanding – Leverkusen have won 12 of their 14 league meetings with Hoffe.
Midfield schemer Gonzalo Castro has gone, so to Simon Rolfes, but Bayer have strengthened superbly during the summer. Striker Admir Mehmedi will add depth to the attack, Christoph Kramer’s return stiffens the middle and the capture of Chilean star Charles Aranguiz was probably the best piece of business in Germany. And the squad still contains the shining lights of Hakan Calhanoglu, Karim Bellarabi and Heung-min Son.
Hoffenheim make the journey to Leverkusen on the back of a worrying DFB Pokal defeat to 2nd tier 1860 Munich last weekend, with a W1-D2-L6 record from their past 9 away Bundesliga games and without the talents of now Liverpool player Roberto Firmino.
Guingamp v Lyon, prediction: 2
Neither Guingamp nor Lyon will have been too pleased with their first weekends work. Guingamp fell to defeat at Nantes, while Lyon were wasteful when being held to a 0-0 draw at home to Lorient.
Les Gones were also dealt a blow when star striker Alexandre Lacazette was forced off with a back injury in the dying minutes. He is a doubt now.
But French international Mathieu Valbuena was snapped up this week and should go straight into the visitors team and captain Maxime Gonalons returns from suspension.
Lyon have won their last 4 matches against Guingamp in all competitions.
